Work Out

So yesterday i went to the gym, my abs are killing me, i didnt think i did that much but i guess i’m just really out of shape. I’m going back today. I’m going to try to run for 15 to 20 mins. Hopefully that will take stress off my abs then i can work on them.

I’ve been really watching what i eat. I’m trying to keep it low cals and lean meats or more veggies. SO far i think i’m doing ok.

Agh! I hate this. I decided to measure myself today so i can keep track of how many inches i’ve lost.

Bust-38
Waist-40!!!
Hips-42
Thighs-35.5

My thighs make me the saddest. Them alone are about as big around as my normal body..

I went to the park and ran/walked a half mile. I also did about 100 flutterkicks (If you dont know what it is you lay on your back and raise your legs about six inches off the ground and move them up and down with out touching the ground) They are really good for your abs!

Tomarrow i’m getting up and going back to the park to run more. It was so hard to get up this morning but once i did i was happy with myself.

My Begining

Hello My names Brianna. I’ve always had trouble dieting because i either didnt have the will power to stay on one or i just gave up. I’m not going to let myself do that now. I want to Love myself and my body. This is going to be the start of my new journey!

Current weight around 165lb
My goal weight 130lb

Not to drastic, just want to be fit. I’ve started getting into the grove of working out a little before i go to bed each night now i need to turn the heat up. I’ve been reserching some great diet plans that are healthy and safe so now i will begin.

I hope to make some new friends and find some good support!
