Work Out
So yesterday i went to the gym, my abs are killing me, i didnt think i did that much but i guess i’m just really out of shape. I’m going back today. I’m going to try to run for 15 to 20 mins. Hopefully that will take stress off my abs then i can work on them.
I’ve been really watching what i eat. I’m trying to keep it low cals and lean meats or more veggies. SO far i think i’m doing ok.
